after Customise on our cookie banner, we record your choice in your browser (using
localStorage). That is enough for us to remember consent on repeat visits and to load optional
analytics only when you allow it. You do not need a backend endpoint solely for this banner. If you later want a
server-side audit log of consent, that would be optional and separate from the basic behaviour described here.
