Privacy Policy

This policy describes how TKCORE AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. For contractual terms, see our Terms of Service. For how we use cookies and similar technologies, see our Cookie Policy.

1. Sign in with Google — what we use (minimal data)

If you use Sign in with Google, we rely on Google’s authentication and OpenID Connect–based sign-in only to verify who you are and to keep your account secure. We intentionally use as little Google account information as possible.

For Google users, we use only the following:

OpenID Connect identity — so we can recognize your account and session in a standard, secure way without storing a password on our systems for that sign-in method;
Email address — to identify your account and send service-related messages when needed;
Profile picture (avatar) — to show your picture in the app when you are signed in.

We do not request, access, or use other Google profile or Google product data beyond what is listed above (for example: we do not use your contacts, Drive content, Calendar, additional profile fields, or other Google services data for TKCORE AI). We do not sell Google sign-in data. This approach is meant to keep information for Google users safe and limited to what we need to operate login and your account.

You can review or revoke TKCORE AI’s access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings. Revoking access may limit or end your ability to sign in with Google until you connect again.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Account and profile data. If you use Google sign-in, see section 1 above — we only use OpenID-based identity, email, and avatar from Google as described. If you register or sign in with email and password (where offered), we collect the details you provide (such as email, name if you enter it, and a secured credential). We store a user identifier for your account in all cases.
Content you submit. Messages you send in chat, prompts, and files or images you upload for analysis are processed to operate the Services and to generate responses.
Technical and usage data. Such as device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, timestamps, diagnostics, and cookies or similar technologies where applicable.
Communications. If you contact support, we collect the information you provide in those messages.

3. How we use your information

We use information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including AI-assisted chat and document or image analysis;
Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms;
Monitor performance, debug issues, and develop new features;
Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests;
Send service-related notices (for example security or account alerts), where permitted.

We do not sell your personal information in the conventional sense. We may use aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you for analytics and product improvement.

4. AI processing and service providers

To deliver AI features, your prompts and uploaded content may be transmitted to model providers or other subprocessors under contractual safeguards. Those providers process data only as needed to perform the service on our behalf, unless otherwise disclosed to you.

You should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, full payment card numbers, or health records) unless a feature explicitly requires it and you accept the associated risk.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Services, and as required by law or legitimate business needs (for example backups, security logs, or dispute resolution). Retention periods may vary by data type; when no longer needed, we delete or anonymize data where feasible.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

Access or receive a copy of certain personal data we hold;
Correct inaccurate data;
Request deletion of your data, subject to legal exceptions;
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in your jurisdiction. If you believe we have collected data from a child inappropriately, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice as required by law.

11. Contact
